I am an artist in Western Kentucky who, after a childhood spent drawing and making things, was trained in art at a university, and together with my husband raised a family of four. Through it all I tried to keep an innocent and sunny outlook on life–you might say I stayed in touch with my inner 7 year old–though I am quite aware of the sadness in the world. I feel art helps me and others to go on. I hope my efforts bless others. I want to make the people my art goes to happy, so feel free to write me if you have questions or ideas.
I cherish the thought that most of what I have done hangs in a place of honor in an “average” yet “extraordinary” person’s home.
I hope you’ll enjoy what you see, and write to me if you get an idea of how I can create something or personalize something you see here to honor or cheer up someone in your life.
